ShippingEasy monthly label report provides incorrect number for total printed labels

 I have free subscription with shippingeasy. I just received email that I am nearing my plan's included shipping volume at ShippingEasy ( 50 labels for billing cycle). I checked link provided in the email and it shows 49 from 50. I checked my shipping history and I have totally just 41 labels ( Not 49). All other labels were not printed though shipping easy. I have integration with another website and all orders are coming from there. Even I don't print label though shippingeasy, I add tracking nubmer to remove this order from order list. So my total is more than 50 per billing cycle including these tracking numbers but just 41 labels or even less ( because my next billing cycle starts Apr 19 and I counted label from March 19 until today) printed using my subscription plan

 

Please help me to clarify this issue or it is bug that counts tracking nbumers as labels printed though shippingeasy?

Hi Alla,

Thanks for posting in our forums! 

Drop shipped labels do count toward your monthly label limit for your account. We do have more information on that in our Knowledge Base here.

I know that on the Starter plan every label counts, and I have shared your feedback with my team requesting that that drop shipped orders are not included in your label limit for the month. If this changes we will be sure to update this in our Knowledge Base and I will be happy to update this forum post!

Still same issue, I was just going to post it. Drop ship labels should not count!
