Storenvy Product Updates

0

Currently, Storenvy products are only "loaded" into ShippingEasy's products upon the initial sync, but not as orders continue to sync. It is really needed to have products continue to sync as orders come in with items that are not in the ShippingEast products database.

This is really important since Storenvy doesn't support product weights. I update the weights in the ShippingEasy products, but it's a royal pain to have to manually (even via a CSV) to keep ShippingEasy's product database up to date.

Please add automatic/continuous product sync with Storenvy.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, I am not 100% sure I understand your request. Currently, when an order syncs into ShippingEasy, if it includes a brand new SKU, that SKU will go to the Product Catalog. Are you experiencing something different?

Thanks for the response. I've not had any orders with new SKUs since I noticed this, but it seemed that after initially integrating the store, new products were not being created within ShippingEasy. Also, according to the ShippingEasy FAQ athttps://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/204769805-FAQs-Product-Catalog, Storenvy is not one of the integrations where the products are automatically added during sync.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for clarifying! My apologies for misunderstanding.

You are correct. Storenvy is not currently a platform that supports automatic Product Catalog uploads at any point. I just ran a test to see why you may have seen products upload on the initial sync and my test and see that they do not import upon the initial sync either. I'm guessing that since you use other stores, the products actually imported from there instead, as they are supported.

With that, I now understand that you are requesting that it be a supported platform. I've made a note of your interest and will update this thread should we add this feature in. Thanks!
