Replace Bigcommerce Realtime quoting with Shipping Easy

The Bigcommerce realtime quoting for USPS and UPS is not good.
I understand that ShipperHQ has integrated with BC so that when a customer places an order in BC that the customer gets a shipping quote from ShipperHQ's realtime quoting engine. Why couldn't ShippingEasy do the same thing?

  • What about the current USPS and UPS solutions do you dislike?
  • Are there aspects of these solutions that work well for you?
