Why is my shipping number incorrect?

 I have the free plan because I ship well below 50 a month. I know I did not print over 20 and yet it's telling me I'm over 100. Why is this happening? Also why can I not cancel since it obviously doesn't keep correct numbers and I don't want to be charged for it?

Thanks for posting in our forums!

The reason why your account is showing over 150 labels were purchased in the last month is due to the fact that you are marking many of your orders as "drop shipped". Labels that are cancelled or marked as shipped still count toward your total monthly label usage. If you would like to avoid this, you may want to clear the orders that you do not plan to ship in ShippingEasy. 

If you exceed your monthly limit on the Starter plan, we do not automatically upgrade/charge you. You would have to upgrade to view your account.
