Unauthorized charge.

Hi there,

I previously worked for a company (left in April) that used my company email to sign up for your service since I was always in charge of trying out new things for them. However, it looks like my debit card was used to sign up, which I definitely did not authorize because we always used company credit cards for that sort of thing.

I do remember testing out Shippingeasy, but I did not make any purchases whatsoever. I simply documented the interface and features.

After I found out about the $149 charge, I reset the Shippingeasy account password, logged in, and canceled the subscription. I've already contacted my bank about the charge so they know what's going on, but hopefully we can get this sorted out without all that hubbub.
