Shipping Notifications settings per Magento Store View (turn off for Amazon)

Two things:

1. It would be extremely helpful to allow us to turn on or off the shipment notification for orders in each Magento Store View. We are now selling multi-channel on Amazon and eBay. We need to be able to turn off shipment notifications for Amazon orders. Obviously, this would require being able to delineate between store view order sources.

2. It would be nice to be able to have different templates for different store views. We would use one for our regular store and eBay selling channel, but not Amazon, for example.

We have multiple Magento store views and want to sync orders only from specific store views.

Currently, all the Magento orders (from all store views) are synced with ShippingEasy and there is no way to disable syncing for a specific store view.
