WooCommerce "Send to Shipping Easy" not working.

I am a new user. 

Here's what I've done so far

* Woocommerce Shippingeasy Plugin v3.4.0 installed

* API, Secret and Store Keys set properly to match store in Shippingeasy. 

* All Shippable Status enabled in Woocommerce. 

I'm trying to send exiting orders from the past few days to shippingeasy (orders placed just before I signed up for shippingeasy and installed the plugin). Somehow I did get one order to send but have no idea how. I keep trying to "Send to Shippingeasy" and nothing happens (except somehow one order). 

Anyone know what the deal is?

A few questions and notes:

1) I Originally tried so "Send to Shippingeasy" but had the wrong Store API key so obviously it wasn't received in shippingeasy. Does it not let me "Send to Shippingeasy" twice?

2) In Shippingeasy in "Stores & Orders" when I setup my store setting it will only let me select my domain root for the "Store URL" setting. Out store is not at the root directory, it's two directories below (we don't use Wordpress/Woocommerce for our entire website only for the store which doesn't reside in the root directy). Does this matter?

3) When you select "Send to Shippingeasy" in the order details in Woocommerce do you next press the arrow button ">" next to the selection or do you press "Save Order" below the selection box? It makes no sense why there's two buttons to confirm the selection?

Hi Brian, thanks for posting in our forums!

I'm sorry to hear your having trouble syncing existing orders from WooCommerce. 

WooCommerce orders that existed prior to installing the ShippingEasy plugin, will need to be manually exported to ShippingEasy. Simply edit the orders in WooCommerce and select Export Order to ShippingEasy from the "Order Actions" menu.
