Autoship and Advance Shipping Date

When I use Autoship it doesn't seem to follow my settings to Advance the Ship Date. I have my account set up to set all shipments past 10 AM to the next day. But all of my Autoship orders have the same day I printed on them. This also means none of my Autoshipments were available on my USPS Scan Form. 

When using Autoship, there is not a date switch option like there is through the normal shipping options either. It seems like Autoship and USPS Scan are not compatible. 

Am I missing something?

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Advance Date settings and Autoship orders. After checking your account I am unable to find an appropriate order example with which to trace down the problem with.

Since you are on a paid plan would you be able to contact us directly regarding this issue, at support@shippingeasy.com, or by using the phone/chat options in the top left corner of your account?
