Hi, I have an Amazon product that is pretty heavy. When someone ordered 4, I split the order in shipping easy into 4 packages, then decided I could ship 2 together in one package, so combined the packages back into 2 boxes of 2 each. Yet when it was sent to Amazon as confirmed shipments, it's listed as 4 packages sent, when it's only 2. Is this a bug? I don't want my customer expecting 4 boxes!

Normally the Amazon API is unable to detect if only some of the items within an order have been shipped. Once a partial shipment for an order has been processed, regardless of whether all of the orders items have been shipped, Amazon will update the entire order within Amazon as Shipped.
However, if you are seeing something different in your Amazon account, could you contact us directly at issues@shippingeasy.com with a screenshot displaying the 4 shipments in Amazon so we can investigate further?
