Can a supplier contact contain more that one email address? Let's say I want the PO to be sent to more than one email address of the same person, or perhaps to multiple people.

UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Learn more about our Product Catalog.
Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.

Thank you for your post. Right now we only support saving one contact and email per supplier. However, we do plan to add support for multiple supplier contacts in our application soon.
In the meantime, when you select to email a purchase order to your supplier you could list the additional email addresses as CCs or BCCs. I understand that it is not ideal to have to type these out manually each time you send a purchase order. So I will update this post again once we have added support for multiple supplier contacts and email addresses.
