We use ChannelAdvisor to control our inventory. However, anytime we update a product in ChannelAdvisor, we also have to update it in Shipping Easy. Anytime a product's title, picture, sku, location, weight, dimensions, etc is updated in ChannelAdvisor or any other multi-channel platform, the updates should take effect in Shipping Easy as well. We have noticed Shipping Easy will ignore an order if the change is made in ChannelAdvisor, but not on Shipping Easy.

UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Learn more about our Product Catalog.
Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.

Thank you for your post. When products are saved in your ShippingEasy Product Catalog, we use these values to leverage individual product and SKU details across multiple tools and features in our app including: Shipping Rules, Pick Lists, Packing Slips, Shipping Confirmation Emails, and on your shipping labels.
Customers will often use our Product Catalog if values, such as the product weight, do not pull in accurately from their store(s) - maybe they're posted one way on the website, but need to be edited when they come into ShippingEasy for efficient shipping. For customers with multiple stores integrated into ShippingEasy, our Product Catalog is used as an efficient way to update product details and images in one central database vs in each of your individual stores.
In this example we do not want to override the Product Catalog entries with the values pulled in from their stores.
Now, given that you have all of your stores integrated into ChannelAdvisor, I can understand that you now have two systems of record: ShippingEasy and ChannelAdvisor. Right now, we do not have a way to change the behavior of our Product Catalog, but your request is a very welcome start.
We will direct any customers with a similar request to comment or follow on this post as well. Feedback like this helps us to learn how customers use our application and what sort of updates and new features our customers are interested in.
As a side note, it's also worth mentioning that in ShippingEasy a SKU is used as the unique identifier for a product - this is why no updates can be made to the field. If you have to edit the SKU for your products, I would suggesting using SKU Aliases.
