Add 'Order Confirmation' email & more customization with auto generated emails.

1. I would like to automatically generate and send an email when a new order has been placed so that a customer can get their order number right away.

2. We need a more intuitive editor so that we can make more inviting emails. The current editor is horrible especially at creating tables or lists. It's very limited and looks just plain generic. I want to add graphic buttons, and create lists of items without needing to have all the attributes like SKU and Price. I would also lime to create lines for certain tables, and image backgrounds, icons, basically a full What You See is What You Get editor with features to make our emails look professional.

As far as I know, this is already a feature for those with eBay / shopify stores. Amazon will send their own confirmation email.

Settings > Integration > Stores & Orders > Edit Store Settings > Communication > Send shipment confirmation email to buyer with tracking number.

The email settings in my opinion are adequate. I send something with basic instructions, return policy, the item they ordered, a picture of the item, and a tracking number. I keep this email slim because, don't delete any emails I receive. I actually use email to keep track of all the orders.

My company uses another service for inviting emails, newsletters, or whatever. The company has a chimp postal worker.

Thank you both very much for your feedback! 

On your first request Arteom, I've documented the request. The vast majority of our sellers do rely on their store platforms to send Order Confirmation emails, but if you add in manual orders I can see the need. Additionally, we do have a beta of our Customer Management feature out currently. While you cannot automate order confirmation emails through this feature, you can send emails directly from ShippingEasy to your customers through this service. 

On your second point, I can understand the need for this. I've added this to our feature request documentation, we will monitor your request. If there are any updates, we will update this post! Thank you again for  your feedback, it helps to improve the experience for all merchants.
