Does anyone know why? I call up Endicia and they say if my balance dips below $200, the account turns inactive. I then have to call up Endicia or Shippingeasy to get it back alive. Seems like a pain to be honest.

It appears it was the scan-based returns which set the minimum balance to $200.
For a feature request:
Is there anyway to set ShippingEasy's auto-refill postage to $250 balance with a refill of $250?

Hello Antone,
While you cannot set the auto-refill balance and refill amount to the same exact number, you can set the auto-refill balance to a slightly higher amount like $255 or $260 with a refill of $250.
Thank you.

Hello Amtone, and thank you for posting in our community!
I'm sorry to hear Endicia is requiring you to maintain a $200 balance in your accounts. Normally that is only required when you are printing scan based return labels, or if your payment methods originate outside of the United States.
If you are unable to obtain the reason from Endicia directly, we are happy to contact them for you to find out more.
Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Success team directly via the link in the top left corner of your account and let them know of your issue.
Thank you and happy shipping!
