 Once again my store is not syncing orders to shipping easy. any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear your Storenvy orders are not syncing to your ShippingEasy account.

Typically we sync Storenvy orders that are up to two weeks old in the "Open"status that have valid shipping addresses.

If your orders are "Open" and less than 2 weeks old with valid addresses but still aren't syncing, can you please email issues@shippingeasy.com with the order numbers and we can take a look at why these aren't pulling through.
