I am a currently a free subscriber, but I need something in my account turned on to recognize my Seller Fulfilled Prime orders from Amazon so that I can buy shipping through my Shipping Easy account for those orders. From everything I have read there is no way for a free subscriber to contact customer support directly, please advise.
