it says i need to buy postage, but I already bought postage

I had to change from my debit card (which was compromised) to my checking account in order to buy postage. But I did buy postage, and now my postage shows as available in my account, but the red text of doom in the bottom right that usually disappears after I buy postage still admonishes me to buy postage before I can proceed. It is not optional for me to get these things in the mail TODAY, and I am out of options for postage + almost out of time. So. I really need you to help me with this like, immediately.

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble purchasing postage on your account. I looked into your Endicia accounts and can see that your First Class account currently doesn't have any funds added and your Priority and International account is currently set to be closed. 

Your ShippingEasy account utilizes two Endicia Postage accounts to fund all of your postage purchases. One for First Class domestic mail, and the other for International and Priority mail.

1) Endicia First Class: First Class, Parcel Select, Media Mail

2) Endicia Expedited & International: Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, all International

This is broken apart to make sure you get the best rates, but also means you'll keep two balances if you ship across all USPS options.

You can see both accounts by clicking the "Postage & Carriers" link above the search bar in the top right corner of your account.

First Class International and Expedited (Priority) Endicia account.

The account you're attempting to use will need to be open and have available postage funds.
