The error you received is simply indicating there was a problem communicating back to Amazon regarding your Amazon order and label purchase. It looks like the process timed out due to lack of response from Amazon.

I see from your account that you were able to purchase the label yesterday after all. I assume you may have tried again and everything processed and printed ok.
