I want to merge two SKU's, however, the search doesn't bring both up together to click them to merge.
I have two SKU's
ZZ-FG040 and FG040, however, when I search with either of these SKU's, the results only bring up the exact SKU. I would like to be able to type FG040 and SKU with this string of characters would appear in the results.
Another option is to have multiple search boxes so I could type one SKU into each field and both SKU's would appear for me to select together to merge.

I think Nathan has an interesting point here. I complete this task by opening two Windows side by side, so I can find the item and copy the SKU number to paste into the Add to Alias field.
This whole process could be improved upon by making the "Add SKU Alias" field a searchable field. Then Nathan would not need 2 fields to search in.
I have SKU's that are on my own sites and 3rd party marketplaces, but the SKU's may not be the same. It's better if I can search different keywords and SKU's to combine together. As a workaround, I can do as explained above, but then I have to go into each product. If I can just search, I can see if there are duplicates in the first place.

Thank you for this additional information. I have added a request to our inventory queue to make the "Add SKU Alias" modal searchable.
Please note, we also have a separate request to make our SKU search un-anchored, which would allow you to search by partial SKU values like FG040. UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you'd like an easier way to search for and select all of the SKUs that need to be aliased under one specific product. Am I correct in assuming that your SKUs do not have similar product names? Or could that be something that you try to search for in the product catalog to return all of the required SKUs?
Alternatively, one option that may be able to assist you is if you were to go to the individual product page for the SKU that you want to keep as the main/master SKU and select the "Add SKU Alias" button. From here you can enter each SKU you wish to alias or merge with the main product.
