Being a newer user this was a terrible experience! I not only have zero phone support but my card is not being processed due to it being declined? Called my bank & checked info and it appears to a "ShippingEasy" problem. Although platform integration was enticing I will not be using this service!

We understand that having a live individual to interact with you is an important part of support. However, due to the fact that the Starter plan is provided at no subscription cost - and a customer service representative has an inherent cost - we're unable to provide a dedicated Customer Success Advisor to our Starter (free) subscribers.
Even then - and as you've found - all plan types do have the option to interact with our team using our public forums, which allows future visitors to also benefit from the customer support assistance that you receive.
I have provided some information below to help you complete setup to help. If the credit card you are entering isn't processing, we recommend the following:
1. Contact your credit card issuer to verify that your card is in good order.
2. If your credit card issuer says everything is OK, and the payment will not go through, try using a different credit card as you can always adjust your billing information / credit card once your account is set up.
3. Make sure your billing address matches your credit card address.
If you would still like assistance outside of the forum in registering your account, please email issues@shippingeasy.com and reference this post. Otherwise to talk to a live agent, I would recommend registering on a paid plan (Basic or above). We typically have a free 30-day trial of all of our paid plans along with email, phone, and chat support. If you would like to pursue this option, please let me know as well!
