Error message when completing profile and chat link not working

I'm a new customer trying to complete my profile (at the "buy labels from USPS" stage) and I'm getting an internal error message from Jack Ship.

Also, when trying to contact support about this, the links (email, call, chat, etc.) are not clickable.

Thank you for posting to our forums!

I'm sorry to hear you had issues getting set up.  Looking at your account now, it seems you are all set but if that's not the case, please let me know in the comments below.  

Since your account looks to be set up now and you are on a paid plan, you should be able to view the links to email, chat, call.
