I have a chromebook and I am trying to figure out how I can print my shipping labels. I have the Google print. Anyone help me? I need to know if this is going to work with chromebook or not. Is there not an app for this? So confused. Any and all help would be appreciated!~

Hi Allison,

Thank you for posting to our forums!

Our direct printing integration, ConnectEasy, likely will not work on a Chromebook, however, you are welcome to try as we have had a merchant that has had success with it before.

I would recommend following these guides as the process should be similar:

How to: Install ConnectEasy (Windows)

How to: Configure ConnectEasy for printing

Now, if ConnectEasy doesn't seem to work then you will likely need to set things up to print from PDF.  Just make sure the selections under Settings then Printers are set to PDF and also make sure Adobe Reader is configured correctly.  This article may help:

How can I improve the print quality of my labels in Chrome?

Google also has some printing resources as well if needed:

If you need further assistance, please comment below and provide more information about your setup.  Thanks!
