Mysterious charge?

I tried out SHIPPINGEASY in early January & found out that it wasn't for me.  So I canceled out.  Then I get a mysterious charge ($29.00) on my credit card.  THIS IS NOT RIGHT!  I request a refund.  Please take care of this.  By the way, I can't even get into my account any more, because IT HAS BEEN CLOSED!  Therefore I now don't even have the option of talking to anyone anymore.  HELP!  Please take care of this.

We will be happy to investigate this further and clear up any erroneous charges.

After checking your Frank Phinney account, I see that it was closed on March 21st, 2017, and a refund was issued for your last payment the same day.

I am unable to locate any other charges or invoices that have been billed to you since, for that account.

Can you email us further details regarding the $29 charge on your credit card to billing@shippingeasy.com? Please include any transaction numbers and the date of the charge. Also, if you received an invoice from us recently, could you please forward that as well?
