PO Reports

I really like the direction you are going on the POs, but right now, one major flaw is the lack of any kind of reporting on them.

I would like to be able to export all my POs to a csv file.  Each row would have only 1 item from the PO on it and then reference, PO #, Dates, Tracking, Vendor, etc. on it.  This would repeat for each item.  Shipping charges would also be on their own line.

I would like to be able to have the option to download all POs or just the selected ones.

UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Learn more about our Product Catalog.

Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.

I agree this would be a good enhancement.

Hi Travis,

Thank you for your feedback. I have a couple of questions surrounding your suggestion above. Can you please provide some more information on what you need this report for. Do you need to upload this into an accounting system? Or are you trying to determine the average dollars spent per item? I'd like to ensure I correctly understand the purpose of this report, as well as the information to be included.

Also I would love to learn some more about how you previously collated this data, prior to using ShippingEasy's inventory management system. If there is any additional information you can share on that it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I would want it for all the functions. It would be nice to be able to download all my POs into an excel spreadsheet that listed all PO #s, items ordered, prices, qty, qty received, vendors, dates, etc.

It is a huge flaw in the system and makes the inventory side of it pointless if there is no way to generate any kind of reports to upload to an accounting program or mainly for me just to be able to do some cost analysis on products in excel.

Hi Travis,

Thank you for this additional feedback. This request is still under review, however as we near the busy holiday season we will go into a code freeze in early November - to ensure stability within our application. So, for this reason I do not anticipate being able to commit to this request before the end of the year. That said, I will update this thread again as more information becomes available in 2018.
