Add shipment insurance provider default selection; not default to Shipsurance

We primarily use UPS for shipments and we insure our packages through UPS. The Shipment Insurance settings currently default to use Shipsurance. We have to manually change the insurance provider option in each package we insure. It would be extremely helpful to be able to either select the default insurance provider in the Shipment Insurance Settings to "UPS Declared Value" or be able to establish a RULE selecting insurance provider. Currently we have a rule in place for establishing insurance based on order total, but we are unable to select the carrier and must do this manually. With typically 50+ orders/day this would be a huge timesaver for us, and I'm sure many. Thank you!

I'll second this request. Shipsurance would only be used by someone who hasn't had to make a claim, and since we've had to deal with them, we wouldn't want to accidentally use them again.

Consider this an Up-vote as well (the silly upvote arrows will only go negative).

Shipsurance is impossible to get a claim paid.  They stall, drag their feet, and ask our customers to jump through hoops.

I support this change. Please implement a default to the carrier insurance, instead of shipsurance.
