Starter Plan Disabled after Marking Orders Shipped

I cleaned up old orders on my order page by marking as shipped, but did not actually create any labels. It appears that Shipping Easy has counted those orders as Labels and my monthly label account has been far exceeded (201), but the actual labels I printed are still well under. I would like to be able to use my account again this month. Can this be corrected? Thanks

Thank you for posting to our forums!

Orders marked as shipped count towards your label usage.  The reasoning for that can be found in the article linked below:

How to: Mark an order as shipped

For future orders that you do not want to keep in ShippingEasy, I would recommend deleting them instead.  Steps for doing that can be found in this article:

How to: Delete an order

In order to continuing shipping, you can upgrade to the next subscription level using the links on the Subscription & Billing page or wait until your next billing date arrives so the label count is reset.
