Quickship was working great! i typed in the address and the weight. Hit save and get rate and would take me to next screen to pick a mailing envelope. Not it won't take me to the screen to pick the mailing envelope it goes straight to orders without postage ! Help!

After testing in your account, I was able use the Save & Get Rate button in the Quick Ship (manual orders) window to send orders directly to the Ready to Ship page.
Typically we recommend clearing your web browser cache or deleting cookies when you are seeing unexpected results in your browser. The link below will explain more about cache and provide instruction links for specific browsers.
What to do if I find a page not displaying correctly?
If you still encounter the same problems after clearing your cache and/or cookies, you might consider testing with another web browser.
