Categorizing Non-Seller SKUs

Hi,

I was wondering if a feature could be created so that SKUs/Items can be marked after a certain amount of times where it has not sold. (i.e. if the SKU hasn't sold in than the last 3 months it gets marked). This could help us determine if we need to maybe fix a listing or determine what needs to be done to get them selling.

Thanks,

Caitlyn

UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Learn more about our Product Catalog.

Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.

Hi Caitlyn,

Thank you for your feedback. We are actively looking into this request and the different ways in which ShippingEasy could provide additional product insights. Specifically, how our application could help to highlight changes in product sales and demand. Do you just want to see this information in the ShippingEasy product catalog? Or, do you also want to be able to export a report that details your product sales in the last 30 days, 60 days etc, and highlights those that have not received any orders?

Hello Tessa,

It would be great if we could have this information both in the Shipping Product Catalog as well as being able to pull a report of the sales where it is highlighted if no sales have occurred.

Thanks,

Caitlyn

Hi Caitlyn,

Thank you for this additional information. I have added a request to our inventory queue to add additional product insights to the product catalog and the product sales reports.

In the meantime, I will direct any customers with similar requests to comment or follow on this post as well. Feedback helps us to learn how many customers are interested in each feature and prioritize what we should work on next. I will update this thread again once this work has been prioritized.
