I just purchased the exact amount of Encidia postage for my USPS shipment (and the postage is with the correct Endicia International & Expedited account, too--I double checked), but it's not letting me click "Finish and Pay" because it still says I need to add postage. The postage has already been charged to my credit card, but Shipping Easy won't let me complete the order. Please advise.

Sorry for the confusion on this, when you attempt to purchase labels with only the exact amount available in your postage account on the Ready for Payment screen, there is a known issue that does not let that payment process.
You can move these orders back to Ready to Ship and the label purchase will go through fine.
