I am having so much trouble setting up my boxes. I was able to set up the Medium Flat Rate Priority mail box, but it is only charging me $12.40 per box and the rate should be $13.60. My boxes are getting sent back because there is not enough postage.
I am also not able to set up a Priority Mail Express Flat Rate Box because I don't see the option. The past 2 weeks all of my orders are being sent back for more postage and this is an absolute nightmare. Any help appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles. The medium flat rate box is correct at $12.40 as we offer Commercial Base Pricing (CBP) for those on the free Starter plan. You can see this rate listed in our rate table here: Priority Mail - Commercial Base (Rate Table)
For Priority Mail Express, you can use a standard box or a flat rate box. You should see the option listed on the Ready to Ship page once you select USPS as the Carrier and Priority Mail Express as the Service. More about Priority Mail Express can be found here: What is Priority Mail Express?
