There was an error notifying your store that this order was shipped

We really need to get a more proactive alert when this type of error occurs, ideally an email.  I have a metric hit on one of my eBay accounts (the smallest one) for no tracking uploaded, and another for updated late when I found it and forced did a manual update. 

Both eBay and Amazon consider these defects, on eBay we lose Top Rated Seller and therefor search placement if we have more than 5% of these.  I'm over 5% now on this smaller of my eBay accounts and have only kept TRS because the exception is there must be more than 2 events regardless of percentage.  The Amazon requirement is 4%.

We really should not have to find out about these problems when it is too late to correct, nor should we have to monitor the eBay/Amazon shipping queues for unshipped orders when we are paying for shipping automation.

Please, figure out how to let us know when this happens.
