Error message while trying to reconnect Paypal

I have tried for several days to get my account to resync to paypal after it had been working.   It will not reconnect.  I tried archiving it and restarting.  After I verify through paypal. I get the robot error message.  I have tried on different computers and different platforms.

I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles with your PayPal integration. We can help troubleshoot that issue if you send us an email at issues@shippingeasy.com with the following information:

- Email and password that you use for your PayPal account
- Type of PayPal account you are using
- Are you able to log into PayPal outside of ShippingEasy? If so, would you please make sure to log out of the account before you try to integrate the store again?

Also, please note that ShippingEasy's PayPal integration is intended for bringing orders into ShippingEasy from selling platforms that ShippingEasy does not currently support with a direct integration. For example, if you are using PayPal to process payments on your own custom web site and you are also using PayPal to process payments on a Shopify store, then you would only want ShippingEasy to bring in the PayPal transactions from your custom web site. The Shopify orders should only be brought into ShippingEasy using our Shopify integration - also bringing them in with our PayPal integration would create duplicates.
So to prevent duplicate PayPal orders in ShippingEasy, you need to setup an email address in PayPal that is only used for the selling platforms that are not directly supported by ShippingEasy, and then filter for that email address only. We have steps you can follow to add an email address to your PayPal account and set the email filter in ShippingEasy.
