May I suggest adding a second product name field to the products database, perhaps called "Name for Customs Form." This way it can easily populate a customs form with names that don't alarm customs agents. eg: a pocket flip comb that opens like a switchblade called "switch blade comb" would not make customs think there is a weapon inside the box. Likewise with product names that do not relly say what the product is. eg: "Ultimate Sin" is actually a hair pomade.

Hi James,
Thanks for your feedback. By default customs forms generated in ShippingEasy will use the name of your product/s as saved in the Product Catalog. So, if you were to change the names of your products in the Product Catalog then that would ensure that the correct names were listed on each of your customs forms.
That said, the product names saved in the Product Catalog won't be used to generate your shipping confirmation emails, packing slips or pick lists as we use order data to populate each of these. Given that your customers are more familiar with the names of your product/s that are displayed on your website all customer communications continue to use the product names from your orders.
