I'm shipping with USPS, and I see options to add insurance, signature confirmation, and a return label, but I'm not seeing an option to add other postage options. When I go the post office, I can add special handling to mark parcels as fragile. Is there a way I can add and pay for this online?

We currently do not support special handling for fragile items, however, we do support Carrier Notes (such as Fragile) on the label through our customization. You can select this under Settings then Labels as described in the article linked below:

I would also recommend mentioning your request in our Feature Request Forums so that our Product Manager can view your request, other companies can vote on the request to move it up the prioritization list, and you can get email notification once the feature has been prioritized and/or completed.
