Yesterday morning, our partners at Endicia experienced an outage which caused a problem generating USPS shipping labels and accessing postage balances.
As of yesterday afternoon, the issue was resolved and everything should have returned to normal.
If you have any failed labels, our team is working to automatically retry those for you now. Though, you can retry them manually from your Ready to Print page if you prefer. Further, if you have seen any problems with your Endicia account balance, please refresh the app page and your postage balance will display.
