A portion of the inventory in my purchase orders stay in our warehouse and the rest of the inventory is shipped to Amazon for FBA. When I receive a purchase order is there a way to designate the quantity we will be sending to FBA so that I don't have to take the extra step of removing it from my inventory after receiving and finalizing a purchase order? Thank You!
Receiving Purchase Order and transferring to FBA Inventory

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback! We always appreciate customer insight so we can continue to improve our FBA support. After you receive the purchase order, do you create a manual order for the inventory you want to ship to Amazon for FBA?

To build on this slightly. Currently my procedure is:
1. Create FBA shipment on Amazon
2. Send Inventory to Amazon.
3. Do an excel upload to deduct the quantities from each SKU on shipping easy.
This works for the most part, but it's a little odd as if you look at the history of the sku it just looks like a random adjustment of inventory occurred with no real explanation.
I would suggest a "transfer to FBA" function. This could be entered in like a manual order, a PO, or (preferrably) by excel upload.
Logic:
1. Create FBA shipment.
2 Submit FBA shipment (this process would then put quantity of skus into a "In Transit" column on the inventory page.
3. Once FBA receives the inventory in the system, it would transfer from "In Transit" to "Available FBA."
This would allow to see what inventory is inbound to Amazon as well which could help forecasting without downloading extra reports from Amazon.
We need this feature as well! Otherwise, without the manual workaround mentioned above or updating every SKU, it results in the Inventory Mgmt section being seriously inaccurate and a pain to constantly reconcile.
