Hi, I am an Enterprise level subscriber. I run a 3PL warehouse and so far really like your software. Looking at migrating the rest of our 40 clients over off of our other shipping solutions. I am missing a very important piece of data flow via the API though. Multi carton orders only post back one of the cartons details. That includes tracking, rates, weights, etc. It's creating problems with my clients that ship larger orders and relay on accurate shipping costs in my system. Can this data be made available via the API? Too tedious to have to export nightly via reporting tools to update our systems. Clients demand real-time data and it does a great job but is only usable for single carton orders.

We released an enhancement to our API on Feb 13, 2018 to resolve this issue. There is now an array in the shipment information called additional_packages. It is only populated with information when there is more than one box in a shipment, so on a single-box shipment it is null.
