Charged me the monthly fee even though I cancelled.

I can't seem to get ahold of anyone.  The links for support on email etc, don't work.  I signed up for my LLR business, looked at the features and pricing and decided it wasn't for me.  I even had a conversation with someone from here about it and explained why I wanted to cancel.  Flash forward and I was charged just now for $19.  Please someone contact me and remove the charge.  I know another consultant who is in a similar situation and I guess its been really difficult to get her money back to her.  Thanks to anyone who can help.
