I have configured USPS shipping powered by Endicia in our Big Commerce store, but the Priority Mail Flat Rate options are never visible to the customer, even though they are selected to be so. This is often a lot less expensive than regular Priority Mail. Any ideas as to why this is not being displayed? Thanks

We would recommend checking with Endicia or BigCommerce support directly for help getting all rate options to display within your store's shopping cart.
