Thank you for posting to our forums!
I see you have two ShippingEasy accounts. Is it possible that the information you were thinking of is from the other account?
I recommend logging in to each ShippingEasy account and then logging in to the corresponding Endicia accounts to view your postage transactions as well. Steps for doing that can be found in the article linked below:

How to: Obtain my Endicia refund and transaction history
As for your Shipment History, you can search there for orders within 120 days using the filters: How to: Filter shipments in SHIPMENT HISTORY
Or you can use the search bar on the right-hand side of any screen within ShipipngEasy to search for any specific order with no time limit: How to: Find orders and shipments using Global Search
