Wanted to contact somebody about my postage balance but I guess that's not an option if your using the starter plan? Anyways, went to process an order and was getting to the print page but wouldn't go any further. So program gave me the retry button twice, which I did. Well it took my payment of $7.25 twice but never gave me a print button. I stopped when I noticed my account was missing money. What can I do? Honestly don't like the idea that I can't keep track of the deposits that I make and the withdraws that are made via postage purchases.

Monday morning, our partners at Endicia experienced an outage which caused a problem generating USPS shipping labels and accessing postage balances. This also impacted our ability to load our application for ShippingEasy users.
Endicia has confirmed that the underlying problem has been fixed. Endicia's system should be working normally now, and you should be able to buy and print labels in ShippingEasy. Our team at ShippingEasy is continuing to monitor the situation closely. We will update the app ALERT should any other issues arise. If you have any failed labels, you may retry to purchase those from Ready to Print.
