Help with Label

This might be a dumb question but I'm really confused...

First time printing an international label and second time using shipping easy.

I created the label and instead of the person I am shipping to it says "Postal processing facility, 156 Park Ave #414 Rutherford NJ."

I'm just confused as to why its like this, instead of the person's Name and address who I am trying to ship to.

Canceled labels twice already.

I don't believe I had this problem when i shipped an order within the U.S, it said the persons name on the label.

Please help.

Hi Kathleen,

Thank you for posting to our forum!

I took a look at your account and Shipment History and saw that the international label you are sending is a First Class Large Envelope/Flat.  The process for those types of labels is a bit different than other labels.  It goes to a processing facility before it is sent to the end-customer.  You can see more about this here:  How to: Select a Large Envelope/Flat to ship international
