A way to track incoming and outgoing inventory from multiple warehouses

0

The inventory flow looks something like this --

(1) FACTORIES --> (2) WAREHOUSES --> (3) OTHER WAREHOUSES / AMAZON FBA / AMAZON VENDOR CENTRAL / CUSTOMERS

The inventory flows from the factories to different warehouses, and from there, it can go to other warehouses, amazon fulfillment centers, amazon vendor central, distributors, customers, etc.

It would be invaluable if we could track stock levels of the SKUs in each warehouse (including the inventory at fba, which shippingeasy already has) as well as the outgoing inventory or transferred inventory between different warehouses.

In addition to this, if we could somehow implement the number of sales for each product at __ duration (1 month, 1 year, etc.) so we could calculate and place the new PO at the factory.

Thanks.

UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Learn more about our Product Catalog.

At this time, we will no longer be building out Inventory Management features.

Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.

Hello - I need this feature too. Particularly the inventory transfers between warehouses. Need to be able to track the transfer of inventory from my warehouse to the Amazon warehouse or other warehouse location

Hello, I also need this feature.  We have one e-commerce storefront, and two warehouse / shipping points.   Each of us log into shippingeasy with our own user name (under 1 account), and ship from each location but the inventory is constantly out of sync.  Our woocommerce has the ability to maintain separate inventories for each warehouse location.  If I could use Shippingeasy for inventory management, assign orders to locations based on inventory levels, and then for the inventory to be pushed back to woocommerce to sync, that would be ideal for us.

We are in dire need of this type of setup.  I hope it's prioritized, and I feel there are a lot of other people who will need this exact setup as WooCommerce and other platforms become stronger and companies scale up.

I am also replying so I will be notified of progress on this. Mulitple locations in ShippingEasy would eliminate one of the last holes in our inventory tracking process.

Hi, I'd like to throw my name in on this as well.

We normally operate out of one warehouse, but due to the pandemic, our main warehouse is inaccessible and we are shipping out of two smaller locations. This is not a big deal if a particular item is located in only one of those locations, but it's a serious problem if we have 50 units in the main warehouse and 6 in our temporary location. I don't want to hide/inactivate the item on the platforms I sell on – I want to sell my 6 units – but I also don't want to make 56 units available.

Right now the best workaround is actually to make a new SKU and new listings for the 6 units, and then NOT to alias the SKUs regular-widget and new-temporary-regular-widget, even though they are the same product. Obviously, this creates a huge mess of duplicative listings and will create another mess when we want to recombine all the inventory.

As part of support for multiple warehouses, I would also need the ability to deactivate a certain warehouse and its inventory. I can see that others would need this also. If you have a warehouse in Florida and one in California, and there's an earthquake in California, you should be able to turn off your California inventory quickly without deactivating your entire business.
