our system has worked fine for months then today when i go to choose my printer and not my partners it gives me an error, she cant even choose my printer from her computer like she used to be able to do , i am connected to connecteasy WAHTS THE ISSUE i have 100s of labels to print and am going to have to use stamps.com if this isnt fixed asap

I'm sorry to hear you have run into troubles with ConnectEasy. Looking at your account now, I see Natasha's iMac listed and other printer options are listed in the drop down below and are able to be selected. When you try to change the printer, what error message are you seeing arise?
Also, is ConnectEasy running on the computer that you are trying to select? Here are the steps to verify that: How to: Verify ConnectEasy is Running and Reconnect
Which computers need ConnectEasy installed depends on how the computes are set up and if they are networked: Which computers need to have ConnectEasy installed?
