Currently when I cancel a label (usually because I made a wrong selection) to let the customer know to disregard the tracking # I have to go into my email system, copy & paste the customers email, copy & paste the tracking # and create the email. I have also received contacts from customers confused when I failed to send them an email.
It would be nice to have the option to create an email template which would automatically send an email to the customer letting them know to disregard a certain tracking #. We can then choose what wording to include in the email.
