Hi there, I integrated my account but my UPS Surepost rates are not showing up. I called UPS and they said this is Shipping Easy question but there is no support on your end. How can I fix this?

Hi there, Im not sure what you mean exactly by send it to the ready to ship screen. I have created a sample shipment, can you access this and is this what you were looking for?as for the surepost rates, attached is an image of the error we get while trying to use surepost.

I see the order on Ready to Ship now but the UPS account is no longer connected. Will you please go to Settings then Postage & Carriers and click "Connect Existing Account" next to UPS re-connect your UPS account?

I took a look at your account but do not see an example order listed there. Will you please create a new order and send it to the Ready to Ship screen so I can see the options listed there?
Also, I double checked your UPS connection and Surepost is enabled so you should be seeing those rates on the Ready to Ship screen coming from UPS via their API.
Once you have the example order on the Ready to Ship screen, please comment here so we can take a look and troubleshoot further. Thank you!
