PayPal orders not syncing

I'm about to lose my ever-loving mind. :) I CANNOT figure out why my PayPal orders are not syncing. I've researched on this forum and made sure that my PayPal email matches the email in my shop settings, but it's still not working. My orders used to sync, but now they don't. Please help!

Hello Heidi, and thank you for posting to our community. 

I'd be happy to investigate this issue further, but will need a PayPal order number example that hasn't synced to your ShippingEasy account.

Would you be able to post one or two order number examples from PayPal, so we can look at those for you?
