We currently automate processes through Outlook where any attachments can be automatically downloaded and saved to our server, but to our surprise the scheduled reports do not have the attachments in the email, only a link that says "Download Here"

I am not sure if Shipping Easy decided not to include the attachments because of size, but for daily reports they should not be that big and it will be very productive to have them attached to the emails.

IF this cannot be done, Outlook is able to automate processes if we would have the download ID in the subject of the email or even in the body so we can extract it and use it to automate the download rather than an embedded link.

For example we noticed that the reports can be downloaded using

https://app.shippingeasy.com/files/reports/xxxxxx

Where xxxx is the download ID, if the scheduled report email can have this ID somewhere in the Subject/body we could extract it.
