Amazon Store - need Payment Date in the Reports download

Custom Report can include the 'Order Date' column but not 'Payment Date'  

We desperately need the 'Payment Date' when downloading the CSV into Quickbooks. 

Occasionally, the Order Date is NOT the same as the Payment Date and it is affecting our Accounting reports.  

We'd appreciate it if ShippingEasy can include the Payment Date in the report download.
