I need to be able to update my inventory quantities at SE in a more automatic fashion. The current API doesn't seem to have a way to do this.
Update Inventory Qty with API / SQL

Hi Galen,
Thanks for your post. Can you give me a little more information as to what you are looking for? We currently update inventory stock levels when there is a change to the quantity and 10-minute sync intervals. Appreciate you taking the time!
I'm wanting to update the SE qty, which would then use your regular current process to update the various stores. We track our inventory in a separate database. When that qty changes, the only way I can update SE right now is manually, 1 item at a time, or through a CSV upload. I'd like to be able to update the qty directly through SQL or an API.

I'm looking for similar functionality. I want to be able to read and write the inventory stock levels via the ShippingEasy API. I want to trigger the production of more products based on the inventory level, then when those products are produced, I want to update the inventory level.
I also want to access/manage ShippingEasy products via the API. According the API docs the only objects currently available are Orders and Stores. https://shippingeasy.readme.io/
This is a feature a client of mine would like as well. The only option we have at the moment is the CSV upload. Adding to the currently available APIs for a way to update inventory quantities would go a long way to simplification.
Our use case is this: we have storefronts that do not integrate with Shipping easy. When a sale happens on those sites, we'd like to update the quantity in Shipping Easy to keep quantities available correct for all the other sites. We have a problem most months with items that we do not keep large inventories in.... product sells out on site A, site B is not updated and the product is ordered there the same day,
Anything to lessen this problem would be ideal!
Possibly looking to create a WebService that can be called from the other site (other apps managing back-end data points), which will parse the "orders" for understanding stock quantities spoken for. But the ideal would be event / callback driven ... when something sells we can update quantities on the other sites, when things sell there, we can update inventory on Shipping Easy to sync to its sites.
Thanks in advance.

Also looking for this? Why is this not available yet? We are asking for an API, just take the current API and make it public!!

UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Learn more about our Product Catalog.
At this time, we will no longer be building out Inventory Management features.
Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.
