Updating Amazon Ship/Tracking Status

Issue: If a shipping label is cancelled and then reshipped, updated information - ship status and tracking number, is not updating back to Amazon.

The orders appear as unshipped and unconfirmed on Amazon which affects seller metrics.

Can the communication via the API do updates or can it be fired off on demand in order to re-communicate the new shipping data?




Thank you very much for your post! We greatly appreciate your feedback. Currently, we do not support updating a store platform on a secondary label, the tracking information would need to be added manually.

I’ve documented your request and it will be under consideration for prioritization.

I received an update from our Product Team and, unfortunately, this is a restriction that Amazon has in their settings so we would not be able to implement this in. Thanks again for taking the time to post in our forum.
